Sometimes, life is tough and seeking help beyond immediate friends and family may feel unfamiliar and daunting. You may be struggling to cope with bereavement, loss, relationship issues (partner, colleagues, friends), childhood related issues, or trauma, to name a few.
As a result you may feel dissatisfied, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, stressed, angry, underconfident or lacking in self-esteem.
My commitment to you is to provide a professional, warm and supportive confidential space without fear of judgement, where you can offload, explore issues and talk through problems.
I believe as human beings we have the potential to change, grow and be the best versions of ourselves. Working together we can explore what you want from therapy,at your pace, I will accept and value where you areI can help you recognise your strengths, build on skills that will help you make the transition from words to action at the same time empowering you to cope better.
